There is probably no other concert where people philosophize so much about death and laugh as hard as Folk-Lady Michelle Shocked.

You can check it out today from 9 p.m. at Huxleys Jr. (Hasenheide 108 - 114/Neukölln, 29 marks.

But when the musician and successful producer Pete Anderson hired her, the headstrong Texan became stubborn for the first time. “I hate making a profit.” "Just like I hated his car phone back then."

Michelle also never let herself be tamed musically: Her music is always a rapid journey through a wide variety of musical styles - through folk, rock, country, swing and pop. "Spontaneity, humor and feelings are my initial spark."
